- Communications: messages, support requests, email update activity, invitation emails, and records of notifications sent through the service.
- Device and usage information: app version, device or browser type, pages or screens viewed, links opened, access times, IP address, security logs, and diagnostics used to operate and protect the service.

- create and manage accounts, invitations, authentication, roles, permissions, and user preferences;
